I keep trying to think of what to say for this one. Like, interesting idea with the black being a sense of blood (biting their lip that hard- ouch). Gotta ask if you added the text in post of some kind, if not that is some very impressively clean and clear writing on splats of black o.o'
Once again I love your poses, and the hand is always so nifty. Gotta say I am loving the subtly (or maybe not so subtle, much as clever or as always, brilliant) idea of putting skewed perspective over the person's eyes.
I keep saying love, but there's so much to admire of your work. Always is, can always find so much. I do enjoy the subtle blue and red hues in the skin, kinda makes me think of hot and cold situations- and I just noticed I can see an eye under the paint ><' good grief I'm all over the place.

yeah, that was done on the computer. my pens all tend to die if i put them over watercolours, so it was the only option. looks way cleaner than hand-lettering, though, so that's a nice perk.
so relieved to hear the hand turned out okay. it took an absurdly long time to get looking proper and let me tell you, the temptation to adjust the pose so it was also hidden by thefog...

Ah, okay. Makes sense I suppose. Wouldn't really know about traditional tools since the only medium I use is digital XD But your writing is always so nice and clean~~ So you can see why I asked??
Trust me, I don't blame you there XD I've erased entire pictures because the hands just ruined EVERYTHING. So good on you for sticking to it, looks great~
