Wow, not only is the composition and obsidian phoenix design just right, but the colour palette is just as strong as it should be. Perfect fire and reflected glow! Also, nice touch with the whirling embers in the air. Impressive!
Do you like painting fire? There's a lot of potential for that in Warhammer's Chaos Dwarfs, just a tip.

Hehe, you may have sounded a tad disappointed in the reception for the new version of Alyssa with stag (but such nuances are easily lost. So I took a second tour through your gallery and looked closer on several pieces. Please know that painting stuff you like and sharing your work is much appreciated by others, but outreach can always be tricky on a big site like Deviantart.
