This is the first horn that is carved at the bottom, and in a different style. The idea from the spiral pattern is based loosely on [link] which I 'd a while ago...

This is a small horn, only holding about 8 oz of liquid. The walls at the top are thin, which led to this carving. I also wanted to try actually carving instead of relief carving, and am relatively happy with the first try.

The shoulder strap is braided leather.
