Unless they have kryptonite, I think you'll have fun tossing them around.
Now if they managed to keep you out of the sun, and use red light to keep your power weak, then they might stand a chance. So you might wind up tied up with ordinary rope, under a red light, and seeing the other heroines being played with by Lambda.
Then the Lambda women turn to you with a smile.
