She's very cute and adorable.
But she looks quite happy when watching the grave of her husband?

I love the Red Star imagery of the unmarked graves in the snow, with all of the industrial world built over them. Good work.

I don't know the character, but a very sweet little image. You combine the traditional and digital very well. I presume you use "LAYERS"?

Oh yes, I use layers, without is impossible!I use layers only for the colors....I use pastel brush without paths and selections(I hate photoshop paths grrrrr!!!).

I have only ever used Corel Photopaint. and the version of Corel I have doesn't have anything like layers. I've heard a lot about layers from other digital artists, and would like to try them but I'm not ready to purchase or learn new software. I don't even know what "paths" is/are.

Path is digital version of masks, make with vetorial comands.I don't like masks, I use brush and eraser.
In photopaint (version 11), in the menu window>objects (Ctrl+F7), you see various independents objects. This objets are layers in photopaint. In this window (object) have a selector called blend mode (with the options:multiply, luminosity, darken, etc).
I paint in new layer(or object) and after change the blend mode to multiply. The color of new layer in multiply don't erase the graphite draw.Photopaint is very similar to photoshop.

I have an older version of Photopaint, but I'll have to look into this and see if perhaps I can use this information. I'm self taught on Photopaint so i don't know everything you can do with it.
