Shot from our new game - Rite of Passage II : Child of the ForestA beautiful cottage somewhere deep in the forest. Whole forest is covered with endless night, yet only this sweet little spot is shining bright in the darkness. How could it be?

The detail in this piece is phenomenal!
It's just so pretty and all the shades of red and pink really draw my attention.
One thing I noticed, and perhaps it is supposed to look that way, but the acorn at the top seems oddly proportioned for where it is positioned. I thought perhaps it is supposed to be falling and so the perspective would be different in motion (as it is a shot from a game)... but not sure. It just looks a bit weird at the moment... Otherwise I do love this piece.

Actually, acorns are hidden collectible items in our game - there is one on each scene, and they're just being hidden and blended - but their proportions and perspective vary from one scene to another - not necessarily being realistic, but just well hidden
