This is AMAZING! lights & darks are right on, except for some reason I like her left earring more than her right one.... Man, I wish I could draw me some hair just like you did here.

The shadow over her right eye makes the picture all the more creepy. Very good job on the shading and the earrings, and a great sketch overall.
