You know, for once I think the title is all the explanation needed...Mixed media, mostly acrylic and colored pencil, on illo board, 9 x 15. Still foolin' with the technique. The frog's expression is what makes it for me, I think.

Okay, so she kissed the frog which turned him into a prince, he kissed her which turned her into a squirrel, she kissed him and turned him back into a frog. Yes, blind dates never go smoothly.

Wow, that's awkward. Yeah there's no graceful way to back out of a situation like that. I like the squirrel's outfit, I can just see her carefully picking it out of her closet and examining her reflection before heading off to meet her date.

I was half expecting a literal blind date; shrivelled up plum thing with sunglasses and a stick. Who knows, you like to personify, err uhh, animalfy fruits and vegetables all the time. I liek that frog's charisma.
