I don't know. I mean, I really don't know. Sometimes I have a pretty good idea, but this one...nope. Not a clue. Not a name, not a story, not a snippet of possible context. I like cardinals. This is probably obvious by now. I generally prefer my unicorns more evil--eating small mammals with squishy glee is ideal--but I suppose they're allowed to hang out with cardinals occasionally when they're off the clock.Acrylic, 24 x 24 on canvas. yes the hoof hand is interesting.... and you have an different if yet also interesting conception of unicorns... most people see them as good animals... not predators... very interesting... *pokes*

I do believe that the cardinal is giving some sort of order or direction to the unicorn. yet, around his [cardinal] eye he gives me the impression he isnt totally honest with the uni. maybe he's got a smirk? either way, he knows that uni cant see him, very well, and he's taking full advantage of that. deceitful lil birdy..
