Or Ditto will impersonate you and make you highly unpopular, and eventually get you jailed.I was out looking for Dittos in the trophy garden today and it took a while to find one... and that made me think: What if wild Dittos just transform into more common types when I look for them? It DOES sound like a good strategy.
Oh yeah and Bidoof being called "Vendor Trash" is a shoutout to VGCats [link]
I made the Bidoof into a shiny Ditto just to add insult to injury... I'm still not sure whether shiny dittos stay shiny when they transform or not... But this one didn't at least...cuz if I found a shiny Bidoof I wouldn't care about what species it was. I would still catch it

In my brother's pearl I once found a shiny ditto and I was like "OMG! A SHINY!!!!" guess what? killed it.

I remember when I found my first (and only...not counting a traded Lanturn and the Red Gyarados) shiny... A level 3-4 Rattata in Gold. I didn't even dare attacking it, I just lobbed a ball at it right away and it worked XD

lucky.. In my Platinum I have a Shiny Bibrael and a Shiny Rosarade.

Well in Platinum I only have ONE shiny...which I didn't even catch, I randomly got a shiny lanturn in a trade...the Rattata was lost ages ago T.T

I managed to get one on Leafgreen quite easily. After the ammount of time it's been in the Daycare centres, it's over lvl 80.

Mine raised from level 22 to level 60 and I have never used it in battle
I've caught 3 on Platinum... I traded one away and caught another today, to offer to trade XD but it took quite some time to find them...
The first one I caught after having it battle Uxie..which I later found out it was a bad idea making it transform into a legendary

I just like using other Pokèmon for females in case they get egg moves... (which is why I've been continuously breeding for female starters..it takes a freaking long time but I have almost every single one as female now

Egg moves are fun...just too bad I'm to lazy actually raising my hatchlings so I've got a bunch of Pokèmon with random moves just sitting around at level 1.

That's what I'm doing now. Breeding masses and masses of Eevees and releasing them... why? I want a shiny:3 Chances are one of these eggs must hatch shiny..I hope (I'm using the "Matsuda-method" Using a Pokèmon from a different language pack (in my case, a Japanese Arbok and my own "European" Jolteon) which is supposed to increase the chance of shines... a bit.
