Hello ^^
I sketch the character first, then scan it to work on digital art program. I resize the image to fit a certain size that I want for my keychains in rows of 3. I make a reverse copy for the back part of the keychain to make it double sided then get them printed. Β After I print them, I cut them all then laminate them, then cut them again hahah then I punch holes in them for the ball chains :3
There may be alot of trial and error the first time, but that's ok. It will at least help you know what you did right and wrong ^^

First I drew them :3
Printed them~
Then I had to cut them out (in an outline to show the background color)
And then I laminated them and cut them out again, used a small hole puncher to puncture the laminated area.
And then I used ball chains as straps

Those are very expensive! I make keychains like this for conventions and I sell them $3. Is there a reason why you're selling yours $5?

I've been wanting to make my own keychains but I have no idea what material that is how the image is applied.

It's pretty simple. All you need is a laminator and a good printer.

These can be pretty expensive I must say. If you want to make keychains just for yourself and not for profit, I wouldn't suggest buying one, it's not worth it.
