In america jell-o is the popular brand, so nobody calls it jelly. We have jelly as like a spread, like jam! But we also have jam lol! idk!
I personally use Paint tool SAI, but the program is totally irreverent! You can literally use whatever you want, there is no program or tool that will make your art better or worse. It's entirely personal preference c:
How long I take depends on what I'm drawing, like how complex something is! ; v ; Usually a few hours! But a lot of people take days to work on a single piece, and that's totally okay too! Speed really isn't important when it comes to art, unless you're like, on a professional deadline lol
