held a contest -> everglaves.deviantart.com/jour⦠, and the brief was to draw her OC, Ophia Dumont. I had HEAPS of fun experimenting with the bg and trying out new techniques in this one the stars murdered me why do I do this to myself
The first thing that came into my mind was probably her 'gentle and kind nature', which kinda went well with the playful, hoping and wishing type, so I drew her catching stars/letting stars go idk use your imagination I made the bg very stage-performance like just for experimentation and it came out looking fine.
Anyway, hope you love it! She was a fun character to draw!
