Mei Kamino from Godzilla Singular Point. I wanted to do this character as a bit of a fan of the Godzilla franchise. The scenario is based both on the Godzilla vs Kong film and the upcoming Netflix Godzilla anime series so you can picture it as sort of a crossover. The machine and claws were based on Mechagodzilla's color scheme from Godzilla vs Kong and the brush were inspired by the various colors of Godzilla's atomic breath throughout the films.

In this scenario, an unnamed rival organization to Misakioku attempted to use the disastrous monster attacks as a way to increase profits in weapons building, however, since the emergence of Godzilla, many of their weapons made to combat the emerging number of Kaijus were rendered useless. Knowing that Mechagodzilla is being built somewhere, the organization became desperate to find any means to build a weapon that can combat Godzilla ahead of the completion of the mech. They soon got word of a prodigy with an effective AI companion has been collecting data of the Kaijus that have emerged and are determined to take it. They kidnapped her as she was heading back to the facility for research and demand she hands over the data collected or at least copy it into their computers, which she has refused. This later led to more physical interrogation.

Mei: AHYAHYAHYAHYAHYAHYAHYAHYA! I TOLD YOU GUYS ALREADY! I W-WILL NOT HAND OVER THE DATA TO YOU! KYAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Interrogator: You do realize that if two companies are able to build weapons that can combat the kaijus, we will have more of a chance to get them out of the country.

Mei: AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! LIAR! YOUR INTENTION IS TO EXPLOIT THE DISASTER WITH SUCH WEAPON! AHAHAHAHAHA! N-NO WAY WILL I ALLOW THAT! WAIT! GET THIS THING TO STOP! UWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Interrogator: It wouldn't matter if we cannot stop them, which is why we need this data. Therefore, we will not leave without it so be smart and either copy it to our computer or tell us where it is or this won't stop.

Mei: GYAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I WILL NEVER TALK! WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS NO LESS EVIL THAN THE MONSTERS! KYAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Interrogator: Then perhaps we need you to remain with us a little longer. After all, we are in the Pacific Ocean with radar jamming tech on this ship. Help won't come right away even if they figure it out.

Staff: Sir! Large heat signature just suddenly appeared on our radar and is heading straight towards us!

Interrogator: What!? What could it be!?

A dorsal plate emerges from the sea and slowly rises up, causing strong waves to hit the ship. When the creature is fulling standing, the Interrogator and the staff were shocked at what emerged from the sea.

Interrogator: Gojira!? No, it looks a bit different! What is it!?

Monsterverse Godzilla has emerged all of a sudden into their world and it does not look happy. However, Godzilla senses another presence at the closest land and submerges itself underwater to find out what it is. Godzilla's presence have also attracted the attention of Japan's Coast Guard, who surrounds the ship. With everyone on the ship arrested, Mei was freed and returned back to Japan to continue her research, wanting to focus on the new Godzilla that has suddenly emerged.
