C.Viper (c) Street Fighter.Also, I know she looks stumpy. It's cause I drew from a realistically proportioned reference, as opposed to street fighter proportions.

You know how they say your skills can never catch up to your taste? This is one of those drawings in which it is painfully obvious for me how far I have to go. -_- Blargh blue lineart? What was I thinking?

never played the game but i think she looks awesome! i like the more realistic proportions, it really does highlight how weird and leggy the Street Fighter designs are.
