I drew this after re-reading Lirael, Abhorsen and the Creature In The Case. Man that gethre (chainmail) took ages.I've always loved this pairing, even though they don't actually get together in the books, I love the way Garth Nix writes so subtly the way they act around each other that you know it's going to happen.
Also love Nick calling sabriel "Mrs Abhorsen Ma'am Sir"
