Made in Photoshop Cs5 + Illustrator.
Little less than 500 layers.

STORY BEHIND: It's supposed to be in the near future, with a little better technology than now but still nowhere near to cyborgs.
This recluse kid, completely cut off by any society or reality has built the first cyborg but keeps it secret. It's supposed to give the impression that he uses this machine to gain things, that's why it's battle-damaged. This photo is when he is repairing "her". And of course any obvious underlying metaphor you can get out of it about women.

No model stock photo, because the main model/cyborg is literally many different pictures together, even before any cyborg effects, literally the main girl that you'd start with, and every picture was changed in many ways. Especially the face part, every component is from different pictures, (eyes-lips-nose-overall shape) so it wouldn't end up looking like some actual girl. IF it does it's purely coincidential and just because HUMANS look alike a lot, don't be creeps.

Everything except the stock listed bellow was made with shapes and colors-textures blended.
For example, the box with tools that's out of focus, is literally some white shapes with color overlay and shading/highlighting with default brushes.
The writing on the whiteboard i wrote for this image on Illustrator. The notes pinned on the board also.

It contains a deadpool head pen holder, and two actual real posters as reference/fan things.
