For lore sake, made a separate branch of government that both deals with and researches the funny yellow cats. Did this as a way to have more of an excuse to do this sort of self insert stuff that I don't feel as cringe.

BTW this is my self insert cause Rodger ended up being his own character and gonna keep him as separate so I can draw myself interacting with him if time comes around. Also Thompson here
