Okay, before I get to the serious stuff, this is super duper cute!!! I love the colors, and the hair is really nice, and the closed eyes are spot on! The hand looks amazing, too- The hand is typically the hardest bit for me!
However, your lines look a bit wobbly, and a little bit sloppy as well- I would use a correction tool, and I would be sure to erase any lines that go over borders.
The wing looks a lil funky- I don't blame you, wings are hard for me, too! I would look at how other cartoon artists draw wings for some help with that, love!
The ears seem to deny perspective, so be sure to have them point the right way! Take a look at how animals move their ears for help!
The hearts and other lil stars look a bit funky- I'd spend more time on the details!
Overall, a cute piece!
