First of all this life is temperary, and the life after death is FOREVER and if we get GOOD it will constantly get BETTER but if we get baD it will constantly get WOrse. And the basic key to the GOOD of the next life is "worship Allah alone, without any partners". The GOOD (Jhennah, Paradise, Eden, the Garden) is discribed as place "no eye has seen, no mind can imagine, and beauty no ear has heard. Now to the Iblis (the rejected).
Allah has created three major beings: Angels he made from light, Man he made from mud, and Jhinns he made from smokeless fire.
Iblis was the best of the Jhinns, it is stated that he was on the earth before man and has prostrated on every part of the earth in worship to Allah. So Allah pulled him up to be amongst the Angel. While in the highest heaven he would see alot of major things. So when Allah created Adams body and placed in in the Garded (Eden) the heavens were in a buzz. So Iblis hunted through the Garden until he found Adams presouled body. Iblis found that he could enter Adam and when he did he found our weakness. That we can never get enough. If a man has two valleies full of gold he would want a third. That's when he told Adam "if you are over me I will mislead you and if you are under me I will surely destroy you". So from day one he had stated that he is an enemy to mankind.
So Allah tells all to prostrate (bow down) before Adam and then Allah blows a soul into him, Adam opens his eyes to a beautiful sight. Rows and rows as far as the eye can see and beyond of Angel bowing down to Adam. But he also sees Iblis standing staring angerly back at him.
(Allah) said: "And what prevented you to prostrate when I commanded
(Iblis) said: "I am better than him, you created him from fire (I rise), and you created him from mud (he's on the ground).
(Allah) said: "O Iblis, get down from this Paradise, it is not for you to be arrogant here. Get out, for you are those humilited and disgraced.
(Iblis) said: "Allow me respite (a break from punishment) till the day of Judgement
(Allah) said: "You are those allowed respite."
(Iblis) said: "Because You have sent astray, surely I will sit in wait against them on Your Straight Path. Then I will come them from before them and behind them, from their right and from their left, and you will not find most of them thankful.
(Allah) said (to Iblis): "Get out from this (Paradise) disgraced and expelled. Whoever of them will follow you I will fill Hell with you all.
This is from the Quran Surah 7: 11-18 and and again in Surah 38: 71-85 and more is about the Devil in other parts of the Quran and the Hadith.
If the bad guy makes the movie he is the ultimate bad guy. He has been on every part of the earth he has been in the heavens, in the Garden with the Allah and the Angel. He has been with every man since Adam till now. You diffiently see his work today and every thing we say, hear, see, taste, touch he knows. the only thing he does'nt know is what we think. The only way to beat him is seek help in the One who created him. Allah.
So yo chief that's the story of the beast that hunts us.
Hunts us for destruction.
