it's a 4x5 inch negative shot using one of those cameras with the bellows and black cloth. They used to be more popular, but yes, the type of camera I used has been around for more than a hundred years.

Nope! Brand new lens, but an old format of film. One of those cameras with the bellows and the black cloth that goes over your head.
