Alarak, obviously. Kylo Ren is a human with untrained power and can obviously be mislead and thrown off by anger, and thus make hasty decisions.
Alarak is not any of that. Quite the opposite, obviously.
I have no idea about Vorazun and Rey. But Alarak wins against Kylo, hands down.
