I really like this piece! I like how you've drawn the pose, the expression and your general style. I also love the pink line and the heart!
There are two things you could improve. First of all, add shadows and highlights! This will create more depth to the piece.
The second thing is the pose. This is, as said, well done, but you've cut off quite a lot of his arms and hands.
I also see that you've done some editing on the photo. This is a good idea, as the corners would be a little empty without it. However, I think you've taken it a little far.
However, this is a really good drawing - continue like this!

Pre-Overview:
First off, I think you've done an AMAZING job at depicting Sebastian sleeping!! The overall piece is absolutely breathtaking!
1) Coloring and Lineart:
Your coloring and shading is absolutely exquisite! His lips and the little bit of drool coming out of his mouth were the first things I noticed! The lineart, for the most part, is clean and neat! Overall, the coloring and lining of this piece, I think, was perfectly executed!
2) Anatomy:
Anatomy-wise, the thing that made this piece enjoyable was the hands. THEY'RE PERFECT! That combined with the lips made me fall in love with this piece! The only critique I have on the anatomy of this piece it his hair should be a little higher, and the forehead should be slightly larger.
End Note:
This piece is, by far, one of my favorite fan arts of Sebastian! That being said, all of my critiques were merely suggestions. I, personally, wouldn't change a thing! I hope you have an wonderful evening and keep up the AMAZING work!
