Basically you can state what type of reward you want, like say...free designs, free breeding, a portiat of your horse, etc based on how much you do with the leased horse. C:

so say one were to choose the free breeding, what would the restrictions/rules be on that?

That you are only allowed to do the breeding for your stable, aka the foal would of course stay with you and not be sold.
