Pssh! Don't be silly, your work gets better all the time! I see you're trying a new style here, it's quite nice!
There is one thing though, his left eye (the blue one) is smaller than his right. Sometimes stuff like that can really throw off a pic's aesthetics if you're unable to figure out the exact cause.
If it helps, I have this little trick I use all the time to help me figure out if a picture's symmetry is correct. While you're drawing, be sure to flip the picture from time to time. When it's flipped, for some reason it helps you notice issues you may not have noticed normally. SAI has a button for flipping the workspace without changing the picture, but with Photoshop you have to flip the picture itself.
Just trust me though, it really makes a big difference! I've been using that trick for years and it really helps! ^_^

I've been trying that for a while now (since eXelle's concept art), but everytime I fliped the picture it looked crap always, so I thought it was normal, this means I've been doing something wrong all the time so I'll have to figure out something xD
