this is a tutorial of how to make your own startup screen with an animated progress bar

i used to do this when i was a kid but i could never figure out how to make that animated progress bar until after some time i got myself a new toy, i installed the good old win 95 and started costumizing it and rememberd the logo.sys thing and i made my own screen, than i thought that it would be nice to have that scroling progress bar on it so i went to google and did my reaserch and finaly found out how to make that progress bar
