Description
I haven't seen a ladybug for ages,I don't think they have them in Malaysia...where I lived...
I remembered when I was young..my friends and I would capture them and make small homes out of grass and leaves for them to stay in...
I was out for a bike ride...and I spotted the lovely red color in the green vegetation..they have such a lovely red color, and the dots makes them cute!
anyways...I took a series...hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

Cool triple! The color looks really good on the lady bug. It really brings out the black spots and reflection from the shell.
Ladybugs are really neat. I really like how they pull in their legs when their threatened...kind of like turtles. So funny.
Keep up the good work. ^^

Oh.. How sweet. I love ladybugs crawling on my fingers. Actually I don't even think I've seen on for a very long time. A lovely nostalgic shot for me.

I remember catching thoose when i was a child
We held 'em in our hands, closed our eyes, made a wish.... and then opend our hands to let the fly with our wish
But I haven't seen one for years either.... Maybe I'll see one this summer...if i wake up my inner child
The pictures are lovely and vibrant. Reminds me of my childhood(I'm not grown up now, but I'm not a child either )
Lovely series

haha, I dig this man! I really like the triptych idea, especially with the black frame. And while it seems kind of small... It looks like it's in focus well, and you caught the subject in good positions ^_^ Too bad they're not slightly more zoomed in, but that's okay... maybe didn't have the lens. Anyhoo, the angles and colors are good. Really cool pictures and layout, they wouldn't have worked nearly as well by themselves... good jorb ^_^

I think the layout composition is good with using a black border and triptet series. The black doesn't jar with the photo's light intensity (a very good thing).
Firstly, reduce the size to below 800 by 600 as most people browsers are that resolution. Even then the image will still be large.
The 1st and 3rd photo are great with just the right level of DOF .. the middle one (2nd) has too shallow a DOF, I'm not an expert yet (but I hope to be soon with the arrival of my new camera in a few weeks) but the front leaf stem is to largely blurred and detracts from the overall image. The lady bug is nicely balanced in all photo's but that blur is just a little too large and takes over the image. Still its a really good photo and these are just my own opinions.
My favourite of the three photo's is the last one where the ground is really blurred which enhances (due to beautiful negative space) the single thin branch and Mr. Ladybug doing to the tightrope act
