We worked the anime carnival stand at Sukoshicon, had a lot of fun, but we were so glad we they let us go and enjoy the Con lol

Did you guys make the costumes from scratch???
because im going to be cosplaying as Pluto, and all i need is the shirt. i have the bow, with the heart and everything, all i need is the shirt.

We made everything BUT the leotard from scratch. Try and find a dance supply store near you. We bought the leotards from one of them and made sure they had sleeves so we could alter them to make them into that double bump thingamajigs.
All you have to do that rip off the sleeve and cut it it where it is in a rectangle shape. Make sure to remember that one of the bumps is bigger then the other and you're going to need to leave a little extra fabric hanging off to sew it back onto the leotard. You fold where you want the first bump to be and sew it together, then fold the second bump to meet the edge of that one. Sew it. Attach it back to the leotard and use VERY little stuffing. We accidentally put a little too much in Neptune's and it made it look a little lumpy.
For the seam that goes along the bra line, we had to help each other. We wore the leotards inside out and pinned where it needed to be pinned with SAFETY PINS. The leotard fabric was stretchy and regular pins would not stay in place.
But if you already have a plan on how to make it your shirt, we suggest using t-shirt like fabric (it's what the leotards were made of).
