This is Thomas (or Tommy)!! He was a dude for most of his life and in the current ref sheet he still goes by he/him pronouns but I thought it'd be nice to not have to put later

As a baby his parents didn't want him so he was given to an adoption centre. A lady and her husband had been trying to have a baby for a long time so the close friend of this lady just got her a baby. kinda odd right? But shortly after she had adopted the baby her friend was able to have a child so out of pure stupidity and urgency to get rid of the baby she just left it in the woods. As luck would have it Eclipse (who belongs to ZaekaFluff ) was walking down the street near the forest and happened to stumble upon the baby. He originally was going to bring the baby back to the adoption centre but after falling in love with this small child he had decided against it. Soon after having the baby and getting help from his boyfriend Daniel to raise him they found out he was a shapeshifter which in this world is commonly known as a birth defect as most babies brains can't fully develop. The reason for this is that the brain has to develop both the animal side and human/neko/anthro side. The few that do survive are usually taken in to be tested as to why or if it's just by chance so they had to keep Tommy's wolf side a secret! He lives a very good life with his dad though sometimes he can be really scary!
