but, talking about this page! it's the last one of this transition between the e4 and plasma's bullshit!
here's a fun fact for you: i am unreasonable attached to both of N's sisters even though they have like 0 things in canon going for them LMAO . i just think theyre cute and were done dirty
and also. that last bit? the perspective shots were a bit of an ass to do but i am very happy with them :^)! and picking those colors was a lot of fun!
and as for the content of the panels themselves... ;3

Oh wow, so it seems the comic is just reaching its end! guess I came at the right time lol
I've enjoyed it so far. To be frank, none of the deaths really hit me (except Henry's a little bit since he was there for so long) because there wasn't a lot of buildup to them in terms of character arcs and they started and ended really quickly. But you've had really touching character moments for the human characters in here. I love the dynamic between Paz and Cheren, Paz and Alder, and N and Rubik.
Your art is really great too! You've certainly really developed a style and made it your own in this comic.
Excited to see how it ends!

i just read all of the comments you left, so first off thank you so much for those!!
i definitely get why the deaths wouldn't be that impactful since theres SO MANY of them, and i didn't focus on a lot of the pokémon nearly enough(if i were rewriting this now, one of the main changes i would make would be to rework things so a. all of the in game deaths aren't necessarily portrayed as deaths in comic (both because it gets exhausting and also makes characters seem unreasonable at times) and b. fix some of the pacing regarding those) but i'm glad you enjoyed the characters and their relationships regardless!! character interaction is definitely my favorite thing to write so it's always nice to hear peoppe enjoy the ones in my comic :3c

I like the addition of N's sisters having to be held off by Cheren and Bianca (sort of. One of them eventually lets Paz through anyway). I like how it gives both sets of characters a more active role in the climax and I think that's a great addition to the story.

ahh I just read through the whole comic between yesterday and today, this is incredibly good!! I love how you draw so many of the characters and the lighting! the perspective! Incredible! For this page in particular I adore the last panel, the super thick lineart really exudes the amount of pressure in the scene and it's so good. The harsh sharp lighting looks amazing and helps the atmosphere really well too. in short I'm Hyped
one more specific thing before I end off though I adore your design for zekrom, their body language alone is super expressive even though they don't talk at all.

god I love it when the protagonist figures most of the stuff out before-hand, but also,, clearly she doesn't know N's about to go ham up in here. I am afraid.
