Cleaned up a sketch I liked from years ago I dug up again while moving. I probably overdid things adding a weird dark blob of a background and that border, but it's Sailor Moon for cripesakes! It demanded more than my usual lazy-assed blank bkg. Hell, it demands a lot more than I can deliver frankly, which is why I don't do fan art often.
Still, it was fun to color (especially imitating Naoko-style on that bow), and I've been wanting to contribute something decent to the fandom for years (I've literally got an entire drawer full of crappy old Sailor Moon \-themed doodles); I'm just thrilled to finally finish something for it. X3
