Oh ok, well colt in his case actually. And if you want people to understand that right away, I'd suggest drawing a foal, for example a CMC, not an otherwise adult pony..

We actually have a scale comparison for the ponies, and they appear to be the size of real life ponies. Scootaloo is about 1/4 the height of the candy cane in Hearth's Warming Eve, and as Twilight estimated the candy cane to be eight feet tall, that makes Scootaloo two feet, or six hands, at the shoulder. Rainbow Dash is roughly twice Scootaloo's height, making her 12 hands high. That's about the size of a Dartmoor pony (the more familiar Shetlands average about 10 hh). The G1 ponies are Falabella and miniature breeds, reaching only eight hands at their maximum height (that's true even of the stallions). But G4 ponies are taller, averaging about what you'd expect for the median heights of most pony breeds.
On that note, Celestia is not a pony; at least, not any longer. She is taller than the Arabians, which average around 15 hh. So clearly she is a horse. Her sister is just barely under the height limit for ponies (as is Big MacIntosh). Since only ponies and zebras get cutie marks, it seems to me that Celestia and Luna were not born alicorns, and their taller heights are the result of growing in power. Twilight, if she is indeed immortal, will probably gain at least two more hands as well. Or alternatively, Celestia could be a Welsh pony. Welshes do, on rare occasions, reach 16 hh, but generally average 13-14 hh, allowing them to be classified as ponies.

Forget to scale Celestia because she's tall as heck!.

I personally estimate Celestia's height at 15.5 hh, which is about 5'2" (the maximum height a breed may be to be considered a pony is 14 hh, or 4'4"). Bear in mind that horses are measured up to the top of the withers (shoulders).

1. Sweetie Belle has a heart-shaped locket with Pipsqueak's picture in it and has kept it a secret from everypony. She's obviously got a crush on the little guy.
2. Fluttershy suffers from a Jekyll-Hyde crisis.
3. Princess Celestia unleashes Force lightning on Luna, torturing her. The older sister's true nature has been revealed after a little more than 1,000 years.

Truth is they are rather small compared to a human, if one remembers back to the Heaths Warming Eve episode we are given a size idea with Scootaloo and the candy cane she is stuck to; they are mostly long legs and small body.

They're short compared to a human, but they weigh anywhere from 750 to 1,000 lbs.

Actually referring to MLP not reality, but if you think about it the foals would be about the weight of a medium or big dog and the mares/stallions would weight about that of a human depending. Pegasus would be light as a feather though because if they weighed 200lb's they would be grounded. So despite the name of the show being "my little pony" they look nothing like ponies let alone function like them, instead they are some kind of quasi-equine alien race that may be "ponies" but are not ponies by Earth standards at all. Look up that episode and find the calculations other have done, they truly are TINY beings compared to a human.

We know that Scootaloo is six hands high (1/4 the height of the candy cane Twilight saw in Hearth's Warming Eve), and Rainbow Dash is about twice her height. So they are the size of your average real life pony (compared to G1, which is comprised of miniature horses around the size of a Falabella; just barely big enough for a nine-year-old girl to ride). Meaning they probably weigh just as much as real life ponies. The pegasi likely have hollow bones (on that note, I really hope Twilight's transformation wasn't too painful, considering her bones would've gotten hollowed out as well), so that reduces their weight by quite a bit. The rest of it is magic, as Twilight demonstrated when she cast the cloud walking spell (after all, even RL songbirds are too heavy to actually sit on a cloud). All ponies have some magic within them. It's what makes the appearance of their cutie marks possible.
Now, I'll grant you that all this means Harry is a friggin' HUGE bear. At least the size of a Kodiak, if not a polar bear. And yet he's built like a black bear. The only character of comparable height to Harry is Discord (when he chooses to be, which he typically does).

I've seen real ponies in life, they are pretty... big. But this are cartoon ponies, better yet, Faust ponies. Logic... You can go F*#K yourself ^^.
P.S.- Nice human by the way . Words for someone who has problems drawing human noses ¬¬.
