Description For those of you who don't already know, I became a huge fan of Victor Hugo's Les Miserables over the summer! So I joined a fan group here on deviantART and this is for the group's Secret Santa! Specifically for since she requested a picture of the broadway Javert played by Philip Quast.

Anyway, I wanted to do something grayscale and I kinda have mixed feelings about how it looks now that its finished. I kinda like the hair and some of the facial details but I coulda worked more details in there. Figured I'd put it up here so I could still meet the group's Secret Santa deadline.

So I hope you like it, Tavata!! Hope I got his likeness good enough! Merry Christmas, fellow Barricadier!!

I've never actually seen him I've read the book and seen the Bille Auguste film with Geoffrey Rush in the role and thats the one I'm in love with lol
