I figured out why the rotation would continue if I moved my mouse over it without clicking. If I click and drag out of bounds and move my mouse over the area it would rotate without needing to click and hold. Once I clicked again it would go back to click, hold and drag within the area.

Β When you click and drag your mouse out of the window for browser it means that you still hold your mouse on the turnable. He didn't loose focus. It's the problem. I know.
