I hear you're getting some severe snow storms up there...any opportunity for photographs? It's been chilly here on certain days as well, but overall, this has been the most tolerable winter I've ever had to endure.

I've been good. Ready for winter to be over. Feb is the worst here... it's just completely dead, nothing going on... super cold, definitely the calm before the tourist storm. Just got back from a day trip to Baltimore city, I had to go see a doctor up there. I honestly don't miss it one bit. There were people selling super bowl t-shirts everywhere. Crazy people. I could give a shit less about anything to do with football. After living away from Baltimore for so long, now when I go back it seems so fucking ghetto... it's like when you live up there you just get used to it and don't notice it anymore. Now I sure do though. It's weird.

I just can't wait for warm weather and bugs. I've turned into such a bug nerd, but I can't help it, I love them. I'm getting ready to buy a new backup camera, probably a Nikon D90. I shoot with a D300 now (which I love), but I've put around 30,000 shots on it this last year, so I think it deserves a break. It's heavy as hell too, so the D90 should be a nice change as it's much lighter.
