  The Fleeting Shadow is a reconnaissance fighter used by the navy and the Expeditionary and Scientific Corps of the Qn'akyit Confederation. It was designed thousands of years ago, but despite this, machines of this type are still in service.
  This ship has powerful engines and a miniaturized hyperspace mirror projector allowing fast travel within the star system. With active cloaking and disruption systems, it is able to move undetected through enemy territory. A large arsenal of sensors and listening systems is built into the small hull. And an automated cargo bay allows to carry several drones, proximity mines or EMP charges, which can be used creatively during a mission or a sudden escape.
  The crew consists of two person, who often have to live many days in the small compartment of this machine. Humans would not be so cramped there but Qn'akyit are on average 220cm tall. In addition, the poorly shielded hyperspace mirror projector and cloaking generators when activated cause discomfort to passengers.
  There are several versions of this machine both civilian and military. The civilian version does not have offensive systems, active cloaking and jamming. It is used like a small research vessel enabling efficient data acquisition.
