I'm not sure that I can write in detail how I did it..maybe I just can help with some questions that you have? ^.^
In my make-up all are pretty normal Except that I use the lenses and gears)) everything else is ordinary cosmetics, I do not use any special paint for that I think that here fits quite a lot of ways to make up your eyes and lips. Many detailed and step by step lessons can be found on YouTube
These gears are fixed with transparent glue for the eyelashes. I tried to draw a crack on the face using a fine brush and black eye shadow..
