One of the inspirations I was working with for this one was the song "City of New Orleans," and as much as I liked the song I was completely stumped on designing a character around it. However, a bit ago I watched the Wes Anderson film "Asteroid City" and while I didn't really care for it there was one shot of essentially this that I really liked. And you know what they say; "imitation is the best form of flattery." I hope you all enjoy
