Shekinah, the female Metatron...the voice of GodGAWD this took me forever!
The boots didn't render quite hte way they should have, as they should be as gold as her armor, but I'm not touching it! A 28 minute render and hours on those damned wings...not to mention how much freaking time it took to get her goddamn armor to *fit* her right
But I think she was worth it. I love the wings, and am really pleased with the look. At some point I MAY go back and add the flames to her sword, and fix those damn boots...but for now, I'm calling her finished.

Whoa! Super amazing - it looks like a still from a computer game! Her wings look delicate and soft, and her armour really does look like it's made of gold, the way it catches the light.

WOW! This came out wonderful.. I love how the wings almost seem to be moving.. And the shading form light to dark on the one side was a wonderful touch.

I use OpenGL. I don't think my comp is set up to run 3Delight
I think my only complaints about DAZ are that sometimes it massacres lightsets and skin MATs >.<
Other than that, I'm quite happy with it

I've got two little guys (1 and 3), so it makes it tough to sit and draw anymore...I saw the add for DAZ|Studio here on deviant, and went to check it out...figured it was free, so couldn't hurt...Now I'm an addict

the most wings i've drawn on characters is 4... 6 is hard to pull off.. even though i have a few with 6 O.@
looks great, a flaming sword would look awesome.. but the bg and wings in thise piece are amazing

I didn't think 6 would work...was looking at it with four trying to figure out which way to bend what
I need to post closeups too...the wings are actually a little mottled and she has an ivy wreath in her hair...but unless I post it HUGE, they don't show
