Beautiful photography, but I have a silly question: How do you used a shutter speed of 1/91s?!

This was taken 2 years ago, but I think the 1/91 second was due to using the metering
system of the camera (on manual mode). It was a hand held shot, today I would of used
a tripod and would of used a higher F stop. Thanks very much
