I actulley think that KARRs voice sounds a little like Optimus Prime.

The first "KARR" was voiced by Peter Cullen, same voice as Optimus Prime. The second "KARR" (duo tone silver paint job) was voiced by Paul Frees. The KARR in Knight Rider 08 was also reprised by Peter Cullen.
