You need to create your own ears shape (templates) depending on your helmet curvature. Fold into shapes and stuff it to make it solid, so that the shape wil not deform or collapse.
Alternatively you can cut foam into car ears shape and stick to the helmet.

I don't think it's possible for Celty to look better than this. It looks dead-on accurate. The street background matches the setting of Durarara, too.

Too bad this wasn't in Japan. It's bit of pity. We just make use of a random street for shoot during the weekend.

Technically Ikebukuro would have been ideal, but this random street fits extremely well.
Even though if it was a quick and random decision, I think the setting looks perfect.

Without weathering, the prop will look flat in picture. So die die have to do some weatherings. to make it glow from certain angles.
