Description
Yeah, this one surely took a lot of time.Of course there is a lot of Metal Gear X Metal Slug crossovers (it must be, at least), but I still wanted to make my own.
So, there is a first boss fight moment of MGR, drawn in MS style, what do you think?
I would agree that Raiden's body position is little bit wrong (it especially noticable if you would rotate this picture 90 degree Π‘CW), and maybe "sharply narrowed perspective" looks wierd, so it is hard to say how this boss would look like without perspective distortion if you didn't see MG Ray before, but, overall, I don't see any other big flaws, so feel free to point some, if you do.

So, Was it just Raiden's body that needed upgrading? Or was it the Sword as well

Well, I guess there is no such thing as excrescent upgrades for a cyborg ninja, so both of them were pretty useful. But, still, Raiden was pretty mighty even without 'em as Ray's battle showed.

Yeah true, though I notice that RAY could take more slashes than he should, probably because of the upgrade

During the first ten minutes of this game Raiden slaughters his way through enemy cyborgs and stomps, with absurd ease, a machine that would take half an hour to fight in any other Metal Gear game.
This game knows how to make an entrance.

No doubt. Though I'm not sure if I spent less than half hour to defeat RAY - this little nuclear giant heat blade wielding bitch just continues to jump away from my strikes of justice.

Its computer finally managed to process pant-shitting fear of Raiden.

So much detail, it's incredible! And I love the twisted perspective too... Ace work, man.

Thanks you very much!
That's always great to know that all the work with details wasn't done for nothing and that it's has an actual impact on the general impression.

Actually it's counter of rescued civilians, analogy to rescued POWs in Metal Slug.

Of course, in actual games it considered to be unacceptable to eclipse interface elements, but in this picture it's just a method to show difference in layers and emphasize foreground objects. I think it's quite acceptable for non-vital elements of interface in this case.
Hope it's not completely ruining screenshot stylisation.
