Description keeps the doctor away! Unless Tom eats them all up in his horrifying alien egg salad. Go bother for the recipe. With his CNC router he created the lovely stamps which I used to impress the polymer clay covered chicken egg.

More info on this collaboration can be found here .

This was the first one I made; I was not sure of the design at first, but this turned out to be my favorite so far, and I decided to keep it.

Other materials used: Pearl Ex for the nice shine and painted cardboard which I stamped and embossed for the egg-stand.

This one seems slightly more organic than the other one - I think it's partly the colours. I like the idea that this belongs to sort of egg-laying alien race that adorns its eggs with charms and symbols, maybe in some sort of ceremonial rite, to insure the future health, strength, good luck etc. of the little one.

Yes, it truly is more organic. I guess too it is because of the color, and the design in general.
Love your imagination

Ah yes! The Xenomorph Bunny has left yet another deadly gift for the unwary children. (Eat your heart out Cadbury) Very nice, Valeriana!

LOL! I donΒ΄t get this, though: Eat your heart out Cadbury. This seems to be a cultural joke?

Glad you like it, Tom

Sorry. Cadbury, at least here in the States, is probably the leading producer of creme-filled, caramel-filled, and solid-chocolate Easter eggs. If you ever decide to make these in an edible form, I'm sure you would give Cadbury some serious competition.
