In this universe Arsenal and Deathstroke are one and the same. Let me explain:Roy Harper is a hero, a member of the Justice League. His name there is Arsenal (and is the first micro). But he also doubles as Deathstroke (you guessed it, the second micro). He goes undercover as a villain and assassin and goes by the name Deathstoke (the second one) and gets info for the League. Basically, he's a good guy who goes undercover now and then.
