Do you really think I could resist doing just Batman characters for much longer?

Here Superman appears in my first Batman season two part finale and then gets his own series. For the costume I got my inspiration from the Man of Steel film. I did originally intend on using a brighter blue to differ from the film but it didn't look quite right and the darker blue looked so nice up against the other colours. I didn't use any piping like in the MOS film, I tried to incorporate more red around the belt area but in the end the only thing tat looked right was the red outer piece from the belt buckle. The head is also inspired by Henry Cavil as I felt that was the best way to go.

The origin of Superman in the Batman finale is very similar to Man of Steel and even has Zod as the villain but Zod is alone with no crew and Superman has already adopted the Clark kent identity. My idea to disguise Superman in this series is more realistic, other than just putting on classes and restyling hair, he has a "chameleon chip" in his glasses. I got the idea from the series 3 finale of Doctor Who when they used TARDIS keys to hide themselves from the public; it didn't hide them but it prohibited people from noticing them, like they didn't want to focus or anything.
