Every time I open these, the bodies of all the models are one solid color. It may have something to do with the fact that I'm using the Mac version of MMD.

sora's model from DDD is actually from The Grid...which is Tron's Original OS....see the tron you fight in DDD is the original tron, where as the one from KH2 was most likely a backup copy of him since ansem has the OS from Encom, either tron's OS jumped ship into ansem's OS or it was just a copy of the original it dos'nt really matter.
cuz unlike people, programs are easily copied and they probably don't fret about have'nt multiples of themselves running around.
