This is cool looking.
If you do a series like this with stark B/W it would be cool.
Could add some accent color if you want, like a bit of red on the knife when Pinkie starts cutting.
Would be quite a challenge but the results would be cool and not often seen. If you do it right, you may not even need a background. Can give it a is it real or is it in her head feel to it.

That's a good idea to add some red. but it need to be really dark red, or it will look weird.

Have you seen the movie Sin City?
Its based off of a graphic novel and its in B/W with some accent colors.
