Warriors fan-art.I like two couples from this books - Graystripe|SilverStream and Cloudtail|Brightheart.
Here u can see the second : )
Pure love. No other cats, no other lovers, nothing more, just some mountains or rocks, He, She and their feelings. And nothing to add.

To be honest, I hate Erin Hunter ( all of them ) because they have no worries about disturbing and breaking the ideal love between Brightheart and Cloudtail ( same to Graystripe and Silverstream ) just for money and the next monotonous plot of the story.
Do they understand, that saving the naive, childish, but so cute and pure love-feelings is more original?

And, by the way, I hate all books after the Darkest Hour, all New Prophecy and other crap, cause it`s not the kind and interesting book for children - it`s money-wring.
Burn in hell.

I totally agree, all the books after Darkest Hour were boring, too comlicated, the characters lacked original/interesting personality (*cough*BRAMBLECLAW), etc.
That's my favourite pairing too! It was so pure and true lovey and then Daisy comes along things get messed up

But the first series rocked - actually was kind of interesting. Except for the ripping Graystripe to shreds stuff. Rrr.
Great picture. Love Brightheart's face; you got a bit more gory than most people usually do, but I wish they would. Makes it more realistic.

I agree about the first six and all. Darkest Hour would have been a great final book. Once I finished it, I actually believed that was it. I read until the end of the third set, then I got bored and thought the same opinion you did. Also the fact of how repititive it got. "Oh we're running out of food." "Oh, the twolegs are destroying our home again!" "Oh no, greencough!" "Oh great, ANOTHER war!!!" Really???
I'm still a Warriors fan. But I'm only loyal to the first six.

I would just like to point out that Warriors are ACTION books, if you want romance go read romance novel. And it's not very original -or exciting- to save the ''naive, childish, but so cute and pure feeling of love''.
If the cats never died and all the crazy crap that goes down didn't go down, the books would suck terribly. And yes, the authors are trying to make money. Because it's their job. Their career. How they make a living.

It`s action books only for first six. Than it`s just big crap pile : ))
If they was trying to make something true to life - they had to read Dostoevsky or Jack London first.
And now after the 6th book it`s just Santa Barbara, neither pure love and friendship, nor real feelings and selfishness. Neither fish nor fowl.
To my mind, after the sixth book the warriours series had become neither children book, nor adult, it`s nothing, Just money-draining crap which people buy because of habit to buy those books. I have stopped at the 15th ot 16th, don`t remember.
