Ever since Rice found out about if girlfriend, "Bugs" over frequent use of her internal pocket dimensions which have ended up costing him a handful during their dinner dates, Rice has placed Bug on probation from stuffing her pocket dimensions while they are out for dinner unless they have left overs. The good news is they've been saving on funds quite a bit...the "bad" news is with less food on the menu for Bug to store away, the less Bug remembers to add to her storage and uses it up quickly...."too" quickly especially at night, as a result...."this happens"...Conclusion here: valorrally.deviantart.com/art/…
